UVHC FUNDRAISING
United Veterans Housing Coalition, Inc. is an all-inclusive solution to the plight of homeless veterans in our nation. As you are probably well aware, it is estimated that 25% of the homeless population are veterans. UVHC is a start-up grassroots nonprofit which will address the following issues:
Housing
Physical and mental health needs
Substance abuse counseling
Skill development/job placement
Transportation
Nutrition
We are excited to announce our very first fundraising event!
With the cooperation of Thee Mad Latins and the Pomona Eagles Lodge - Post 2215, we are having a dance on Saturday, July 23rd. “Compassion Through Service” is our motto. We ask that you take the time to think about all your rights and freedoms you enjoy and about the people who fought so valiantly for them. Then consider a generous donation in order that me may continue to serve our deserving vets and give them the dignity they so righteously deserve.
